Sircula brings together top executives and decision makers from various industries across the globe to connect, learn and grow.
Our purpose
We are dedicated to providing high-quality events and information which help our community members to deliver measurable change in their organisations.
What makes us different
High-level summits are at the core of what we do. We carry out independent research to ensure the programmes feature speakers offering fresh-thinking and tackle the critical challenges in each industry we serve. We are not afraid of asking tough questions.
We believe in purpose beyond profit. All summit attendee travel is offset through our carbon offsetting partner ClimateCare. We only host our events at venues who put sustainability at the heart of what they do. We work closely with them to reduce the impact of our events in terms of waste, energy usage and ensure food is organic, in-season and food miles are minimised.
Membership is free – By becoming a member of one of our communities, we commit to offering discounts to attend our summits, plus exclusive invites to complimentary networking events and access to free information such as reports, interviews and articles.
Our founder
Mark Baker has decades of experience connecting business communities to accelerate change.
Mark founded Sircula Ltd to enable B2B communities to connect, learn and grow. In June 2018 Mark launched d&i Leaders to bring together global diversity, inclusion and HR related professionals. Since then, Mark and the team have established an annual programme of strategic summits and conferences, training and webinars, which in 2020 alone have attracted more than 10,000 attendees, 200+ speakers and a range of sponsors. The growing d&i Leaders Club for in-house D&I and HR related professionals has 4000+ member organisations and www.dileaders.com has built up a vast amount of free to access content including practical insight reports, news articles on a range of D&I topics and on demand presentations and webinars.
Prior to founding Sircula Ltd, Mark was most recently a Board Member and Director of Events for Faversham House Ltd. For almost 7 years he led a team of 15 to research; develop and deliver more than 200 B2B conferences; awards; exhibitions and roundtables. Notable launch events included the edie Sustainability Leaders Forum and edie Leaders Club; Utility Week Congress and Utility Week Energy Summit. In his role as Board Member he led a range of projects focusing on improving diversity, culture and employee engagement.
Before joining Faversham House Mark led events across a range of organisations including Haymarket Publishing; Capita and the Direct Marketing Association.
In 2020, Mark became a voluntary mentor for The Aleto Foundation, a charity that identifies and develops the next generation of leaders from communities who have historically found it challenging to access jobs due to their backgrounds.
Mark is an openly gay business leader and proud adoptive parent. He enjoys gardening; global cinema; electro music and spending quality time with his family.
